Preconstruction and Construction Services for new buildings and annexes

Our Special Projects team also provides pre-construction and construction services for ground-up buildings or new annexes/additions to existing buildings. We offer the same Engineering, BIM, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal services as we do for our larger construction projects, which means you benefit from our expertise at every level. Our in-house staff utilizes cutting edge Design/Build & 3-D CADD capabilities for projects of every size.

Ronald McDonald House

Location: Denver, CO

Description: In this Design/Assist project, we teamed up with Fransen Pittman to add a building on the existing Ronald McDonald property near St. Joseph’s Medical Campus. This new 3-story building consists of 44 guest rooms, a kitchen, 3 laundry rooms, 2 breakrooms and 3 living/community spaces. The new building is connected to the original building by a new breezeway.

Project cost: $1,500,000

Completion Date: December 2015

Meadows Town Center

Location: Castle Rock, CO

Description: A Design/Build project with White Construction for two buildings in the Meadows Town Center location, both of which are commercial buildings that house business/office space and restaurant/retail space. We completed the core and shell for building 2. Building 1 is scheduled to break ground in 2016, and White Construction has requested the core and shell and has made a request to the owner that we complete all TIs as well.

Project cost: $130,000

Charles Schwab Train Station Building

Location: Lone Tree, CO

Description: This Design/Build project with Aberdeen Construction is a new building on the Charles Schwab campus that will be used as additional office space.

Completion Date: Projected for May of 2016

Steam on the Platte

Location: Denver, CO

Description: White Construction came to us for this Design/Build project that will see a historic warehouse building along the Platte River reinvented into a mixed-use community. The 65,000 sq ft warehouse will be converted into commercial office space, while new buildings going up on the site will be a mix of residential living space and retail/restaurant space.

Project cost: $900,000
