15th & Stout, Dual-Brand Hotel, Denver, CO

The Project Scope

Located in the heart of downtown Denver, Design Mechanical’s latest high-rise hotel project was performed on a design/build basis for the Beck Group and Stonebridge Companies. The 22-story building houses two Hilton brands: Home2 and Tru. They include the following features:

  • 382 Guest rooms
  • Full basement
  • 1st floor lobby and retail space
  • 5 levels of above grade parking garage
  • 1 level of conference center meeting rooms
  • 15 floors of guest rooms

The Build Plan

High-rise buildings aren’t just tall — their owners have tall expectations. Various mechanical systems for the project included a roof-mounted boiler plant and cooling tower, water source heat pump system, DDC controls, and more. Our solutions stretched the entire building, from a high-rise fire/life safety smoke control system to ventilation and Co2/No2 detection down in the garage.
