One of the many close relationships we’ve built in the business is with Emerald Construction, which has a standing work order at Pepsi Bottling Company for maintenance and renovations, and has contracted with us for many jobs of varying size and complexity. We look forward to working with them for years to come.
Replaced heat pumps in each guest room, as well as the heat pumps in several office spaces, all while working with the hotel’s booking schedule to keep as many rooms available to guests as possible.
White Construction came to us for this Design-Build project to reinvent a historic warehouse building along the Platte River into a mixed-use community. The 65,000 sq. ft warehouse was transformed into commercial office space, and there are plans for new buildings to go up on the site providing a mix of residential living space and retail/restaurant space.
Located on the top three floors of the new Triangle Building in downtown Denver, Liberty Global is the new U.S. headquarters for the telecommunications company. This tenant finish required us to work on a tight schedule and in challenging field conditions while accommodating and being mindful of the 5-star finishes the tenant required.
We partnered with multiple general contractors to finish these office spaces, which are for small business owners who need to rent conference rooms and work spaces on a flexible basis.
This tenant finish inside the Pearl West building with sand construction needed new HVAC and plumbing systems for their commercial office space in a mixed-use building.
Partnered with Tres Birds Workshop on this design-build project. Austin based Japanese restaurant located in the S* Park development on the 2500 block of Lawrence St. Faced a lot of coordination challenges in a tight space. HVAC & Plumbing for kitchen/dining rooms/restrooms. Kitchen required hook-ups to a lot of specialty, owner-provided equipment.
As part of our continuing work with Emerald Construction, we’ve renovated several RMCC clinics in the Denver Metro area while keeping the clinics clean and presentable for the patients.
This Design-Build project with Deneuve Construction required renovating a building with existing doctors’ offices for the use of the Mental Health Partners Organizations. Most tenants opted to stay in their lease through construction, which required some off-hours work to accommodate sleep studies and other doctor requests.
This Design-Assist project with Hyder Construction was a renovation and expansion of the existing animal hospital. This full-scale animal hospital sported many of the same facilities you would see in a human hospital. We installed new medical gas systems as well as overhauled the entire HVAC and plumbing systems.
In this Design-Assist project, we teamed with Fransen Pittman to add a building on the existing Ronald McDonald property near St. Joseph’s Medical Campus. The new 3-story building consisted of 44 guest rooms, a kitchen, three laundry rooms, two breakrooms, and three living/community spaces. The new building is connected to the original building by a new breezeway.
In this Design-Build project, we teamed with White Construction for three buildings in the Meadows Town Center location, all of which are commercial buildings that house business/office space and restaurant/retail space. We completed the core and shell for building 2 and all TI’s for building 1. Building 3 is currently under construction for the core and shell phase.
